Space Shuttle Launch Viewing Refund Policies
Gray Line Orlando, Gator Tours,
Central Florida Tours and Official Shuttle Launch Tours
Effective September 1, 2006
In the event of a scrub prior to guests having been transported
to the LTT Viewing Site, the following policy will be in effect:
• No refunds will be issued. Guests will be
transported to KSCVC for a normal Maximum Access day on the
original launch date.
• Any LTT tickets held by those guests will be valid as either a retail
or food voucher in the amount of $15. No change will be issued on
these vouchers so guests are advised to use their tickets on
purchases at least $15.
• Gator Tours will give pax the option of keeping their LTT tickets and
rescheduling for the next launch attempt. Gator will charge a
nominal additional transport fee for these guests for their second
trip to KSCVC, covering their transport costs.
In the event of a scrub once guests have been transported to
the LTT Viewing Site, the following policy will be in effect:
• No refunds will be issued.
• With transport to the viewing site having taken place, the LTT ticket
will have been collected from the guest and will be considered used.
It will not be valid for further use in any capacity.
• Guests will be offered the opportunity to return for the next launch
attempt. They would view from the main visitor complex (not the
LTT site). Their Maximum Access admission ticket from the original
launch date is all they will need for reentry.
• Gator Tours will charge a nominal additional transport fee for any
guests that opt to return to view the next launch attempt from the
main Visitor Complex, covering their transport costs.
